A turtle smaller than a grape
The smallest turtle in the world is called Tim and its owner often even can not find it because of how small it is. It originates from Egypt and Libya, and it can live up to 10 years. Many people probably have never heard of a turtles that are smaller and grapes. One of such is our little Tim and now he weighs only six grams, and his maximum weight reached 500 grams.

This exotic Kleinmann turtles, or what is often called the Egyptian tortoise, is old only a month. It is an endangered species and it's on the list of protected animals.

They live mainly in dry places, sand landscapes, and feed on grass, fruit and vegetables. The colors of these tiny turtles range from pale gold to dark brown, which enables them to survive in the desert and also to camouflage
