Only one pint of beer a day
Drinking more than a pint of beer a day can seriously increase the risk of cancer. The European study of British health institutes included 363,988 people and it found that one in ten cancers in men and one in 33 women was due to excessive alcohol consumption, as the BBC reported.
More than 18 percent of cancers in men and 4 percent in women were created in the secondary influence of alcohol. British Ministry of Health intends to seriously take decisive steps to reduce alcohol consumption and encourage people to reduce their daily drink dose.
Previous studies have shown that alcohol affects the growth of cancer of the esophagus, liver, intestines and breasts. When the body drops alcohol level, the products are chemical substances that damage DNA and change its composition and thus leads to the appearance of cancer.
