In fact, pointed out that Marzipan has great nutritional value, thanks to its delicious mixture composition, which is made of almond, rose water and a small amount of sugar.
Almond mixture, among other things, is rich with proteins, vitamin A, all the B vitamins, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus.
Professor points out that after a hectic, exhausting and stressful working day a marzipan provides our body the energy and strengthens our nerves by acting as an excellent tool for stress.
It also strengthens the respiratory tract and prevent urinary tract infection. Combined with dark chocolate containing flavanols, naturally expand blood vessels and lowers blood pressure can be said that this is certainly one of the healthiest candy.
