Fox shot hunter with his own gun
In the forests of Belarus, during the hunt, some turnover happened that made all the animal lovers happy when the wounded fox managed to save it self by shooting the hunter into his leg. Specifically, the hunter shot the fox and then came and started attacking the animal with the shotgun in order to kill it. However, while the animal somehow resisted, it succeeded to pull the trigger with its paw and shoot the hunter in the leg, and then escaped.

The unnamed 40-year-old hunter is well-disgraced and ended up in hospital with injuries, and the fate of the wounded animal is not known. 'The animal was strongly resisted and during the struggle it accidentally pulled the trigger with its paw' said the inspector for the local media.

Everything takes place in Grodno region of Belarus in the northwest, near the border with Poland. Fox hunting is popular in that region, but the country itself is one of the favorite destinations of hunters who come from abroad to kill deer, wild boar and even wolves.

Foxes are not usually pack animals. Typically, they live in small family groups, and are opportunistic feeders that hunt live prey (especially rodents). Using a pouncing technique practiced from an early age, they are usually able to kill their prey quickly. Foxes also gather a wide variety of other foods ranging from grasshoppers to fruit and berries.
